[Mario Deaths!]

Not too bad

Not bad at all.

I think you're showing a good deal of potential here. Where there was animation, it was very smooth. The humor was a bit hit or miss, but I haven't been laughing much today, so I may be biased as the moment. As well, not a bad concept to dive in to.

The only things I see that you should really improve on is the overall art of the cartoon. That's not to say that the art is terrible, but I'm sure you can see room for improvement.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to your next animation.

Not bad

It was alright. The humor was hit or miss for the most part.

The animation was alright, and for the most part it seemed pretty well done.

Very nice

I really got a kick out of this movie. More than anything it took me back a few years to playing all the old Mario games (but it also made me sad to realize all of the more recent ones have sucked, hah).

Anyway, keep up the good work, I'm pulling for you to win that tablet!!

Funny!

Very funny in fact. I know anyone who ever played OoT has thought about that at least once or twice on the playthrough.

I enjoyed the art style that you took on this very much. You've got talent, and a lot of potential to put out some good work in the future. I'm going to be keeping an eye on your work, I do hope you put out more.

Good stuff...

I wasn't really a fan of the song, to be honest.

But that aside, I thought the animation was good. It fit the song well, and for the most part is was some decent stuff. I like that the entire animation was your own style and not just images copied and pasted, which a lot of people seem to do.

I can even imagine this flash touching a few people emotionally if they're a fan of the song, but I can't say for sure.

Anyway, the flash was good overall. I think you could continue to improve your style, but I did like it.

[Spoof of the Colossus]

Not terrible, Not great

I'm not seeing why everyone considers this to be such an amazing flash, to be perfectly honest with you.

Pros:
-The animation wasn't horrible. The colossi looked much better than the humans.
-The music (although that was from the game and I always loved the music)
-A few of the jokes.

Cons:
-Too many cheesy one-liners. There weren't nearly as many funny ones as their were the latter. It almost felt as though you were just throwing as many in there as you could, hoping some would stick.
-Back to the animation of the humans.
-The voice acting was somewhat lacking any form of emotion.
-The ending. I thought that with the ending of the game, you could have done something much better.

Like I stated in the title of this review, this wasn't a terrible effort; although I still stress that it was far from a great effort. I see a lot of potential in you after watching this, I just think you need to refine your style a bit more. The comedy needs work, try just writing out fewer, funnier jokes as opposed to trying to stick a new joke in every line. The animation could be improved, but that all comes down to your style and its tough for me to say anything on that, that would be helpful.

I don't mean to sound discouraging, just honest. I hope, if you read this, you take some of it to heart. Good luck in the guture.

Wonderful!

One of the times that I agree with everything said in a flash animation. I've actually found myself flipping out in situations like this, I usually apologize to the employee for being an ass, but it still is frustrating.

Although I can also vouch that being the one FORCED to offer that sort of stuff is a helluva lot worse than actually getting offered.

Good job on this one.

Funny because its true...

Was never a big fan of how Yuffie acted, so I got a good chuckle out of this one.

Even though the art wasn't exactly fantastic, that's not what made this flash so good. I recommend trying to improve the overall art for down the road, but don't let it discourage you from how funny this actually was. You've got the humor down, just need to fine-tune some things.

Otherwise, keep up the good work.

As much as I can say...

...it was a very good movie. My knowledge of foreign language is very limited, so I only really caught one or two words throughout the whole the thing. But I can still mention that the style, animation, and just overall feel was very good.

From what I could tell, it was a very well done flash. I only wish I could read it, but that's not your fault XD

Nice

For the most part it was a little drawn out, but there were enough little quips in there to save this flash animation. A few of those moments just had me chuckling, but at the same time this had some really great points.

You should go into public service announcements about this sort of thing, hah!
